Since 2017 I have dedicated a large portion of studio time to investigation the relationship between sound and physical mark making. I have become fascinated in the process of capturing kinetic energy through transducers and it's capability to control drawing and sculpting tools to create automatic artworks.

Several of these devices have been developed to form part of shows but mainly this process is used in the studio to create work which can be purchased in the shop.

The videos below provide the best description of the process.
I was invited to talk to Ruth Wiesenfeld, founder of Towards Sound, to talk about this process.
I made some screen prints out of some of the drawings for a brief show at the Collectors Cabin, Cromer, curated by Sarah Lowndes.
